At the first session, we will spend some time getting to know one another and seeing if our working together is a good fit. We will discuss why you are seeking counseling and what you would like to achieve in therapy. I will take some time to learn about your background and current life, and we will agree on a schedule of treatment, treatment goals, and establish times to meet. Periodically we will revisit these goals and evaluate progress.
After scheduling your first appointment, please complete the following forms and bring them to your first session.
